How to Fix Google Apps “Send mail as” : “Functionality not Enabled”
When you config “Send Email As”, after entering your name and email address, sometimes you receive an error message:
Functionality not enabled.
You must send through gmail.com SMTP servers when you send as someuser@gmail.com. However, this functionality is not available for your account. Please contact your domain administrator for more information.
